According to Archibald, Solar Cycle #24 has not yet started, meaning Cycle #23 has not yet finished. And since cycles generally overlap by ~1 year, that means Cycle #23 will be at least 11.75 years in length, perhaps even longer than 12!!!
Solar Cycle #4 preceeded the Dalton Minimum and was 11.6 years in length.....
Every day that Cycle #24 is delayed only serves to weaken it. |

Honestly I can't believe anyone actually listens to the IPCC. We make jokes about the UN and the job they did in Iraq. If the UN is so unfit to track WMD why on earth would anyone trust them with a weather forecast let alone a climate forecast. The UN wasn't going to find WMD even if an inspector was standing on a box labeled ACME Nuke Kit. They didn't want to find them. I think the same is true for the IPCC branch of the UN. They aren't looking for truth. They have a political agenda. That is what the UN is all about.
