Ha,

I might actually watch the games now.

I'm sure the Chinese are trying to figure out a way to stop it or any typhoon. They will all line up and blow the other way to knock off course or something.

They should take the warning labels off of everything and let stupidity sort itself out.

Yeah, didn't they screw that up and end up making it stronger and steering it into New York? And I remember it doing 10x's the damage there than it would have done if it had just hit Miami?

Not that the general humour attachable to the idea that the Chinese actually plan to go to the trouble and extent to .. (in essence) try to "knock down" the abundant pollution level in and around the main areas / city .. where the "games" are to be held / .....—> isn't (certainly) available, and also, appreciable (certainly), generally ....

.... But, .. in their defense, .. first with respect to their working to impact a full blown "typhoon", ..... I don't think that .. even they ?, would attempt .. this - larger, type of idea, .. so whimsically, and as with the "cloud-seeding" idea, .... purely for the purpose of improving the greater environment - aesthetic, of the "Olympic games".

And, second, .. with more specific regard to the "cloud-seeding" idea.

"What the Heck." (?) — Sounds like Fun.

(Personally, .... I hope they get a chance to "try it out".)
