I watched on CNN HD and every time she said "Maverick" the meter went down. People know its bullshit and they are tired of hearing it. Back in the days when Bill Walsh coached the San Francisco 49ers they would come out in the first drive with a completely scripted drive. And as long as they stick to the script they would do great. That was Palin tonight. She had her first number of talking points scripted and as long as she stayed with those plays she was ok. But it was obvious her coaches had no faith in her or her ability to speak on matters of foreign policy. As soon as that subject came up she crashed and burned badly.
The worst thing about listening to her debate is that she speaks like a waitress from Denny's. While it may be cute I don't want someone on the level of a waitress representing this country in a face to face meeting with some of the biggest and most power leaders in the world. It is embarrassing.

LOL. Oops. Fixed. BTW CNN just showed the post debate poll of people who tuned in. It shows Biden beating Palin 51% to 36%. The disturbing thing is after the debate something like 46% think she is able to act as president. OMFG. Have we set the bar so low that someone that could pass for a waitress at Denny's is qualified to be president? I'd be willing to bet that of those who said she was able that 90% of them voted for Bush the 2nd time.

How did she win? She is a total fraud. And the same sex couple things was a joke. She speaks and doesn't think. I don't think many people believe that comment on same sex couples for a minute. She babbled through the foreign policy stuff and kept going back to her security blanket energy. And listening to her talk makes me cringe. Her communication skills aren't very good. Now they aren't Bush bad but this pretending to be Joe 6-pack is a load of crap. She is a total phony and way out of her league. If she is VP and McCain dies this country is totally screwed. She needs to drag her phony ass back to Alaska where she can govern the road to nowhere and meth labs. I want her serving my coffee and nothing else.
