I predict 0 Hurricanes this year as of now.

Yup, you got that right. I think its only possible to predict about two to three weeks out.

This pretty much means you cannot set a forecast in stone for an entire season. Its ludicrous. You end up backpedaling and revising and changing your forecast to the point where you are the boy that cried wolf.

We may get some tropical depressions/storms...but full fledged hurricanes? Eh....not as of this minute.

Forecasts need to be given every two to 3 weeks. Not one final one at the beginning of the season and then revise it 3 months later when you figured out you were wrong.

They should take the warning labels off of everything and let stupidity sort itself out.

Well they have been dead WRONG the last two. If they can guess so can I. Except I'm basing my predictions on something else.

If you are basing your predictions on the lack of sunspot activity...then I agree with you 100%.

That is precisely what I am doing.
