Nature Decided For Me
I have been looking at getting an apartment for a little while now. I had originally picked one out. It was something I could afford and wasn't TOO bad. I have since picked something else out but nature today made the call for me.
Earlier tonight my original #1 choice was hit by a tornado and sustained severe damage. Early reports on the scanner said an apartment building collapsed.
Whew. Thank god I didn't rush into that one.

Damn!! You missed an original story, and exclusive pictures.

Actually made the news. Yeah those apartments are trashed.

Forecasting tornadoes
I'll just stand by my tornado forecast from the "this is simple thread"...
in response to "what makes people want to chase tornadoes?"
Posted: Mar 19, 2008 4:59 AM
If I told you the best dates for chasing were:
March 28-30th
April 4th
April 10-12th
April 25th-28th
May 22-24th
June 4th-6th
Would you schedule your vacation, or change your wedding plans,
on the chance I was going to be right??
As we are coming up on the June 4th - 6th dates, and the maps I used to generate these comments are still posted to my site unaltered.... |
