Actually I used this time to rework how links are processed on the site. It doesn't just show the host anymore. It shows the url. If the url is too long it cuts out part of the middle to shorten the displayed text. This way long urls don't stretch the page.

'Your company is bankrupt, you keep $480m. Is that fair?'

Quote From Source:
It was a showdown to cherish for critics of Wall Street's culture of enrichment. The grim-faced boss of the bankrupt bank Lehman Brothers was left squirming yesterday as a veteran Democrat roasted him over his multimillion-dollar pay.

With the startled look of a man unaccustomed to sharp examination, Lehman chief executive Richard Fuld clashed bluntly with the chairman of the House oversight committee, Henry Waxman, on Capitol Hill.

Called on to explain why Lehman collapsed last month, Fuld began with a note of humility, saying he felt "horrible" over the demise of the 158-year-old institution. "I want to be very clear," Fuld said. "I take full responsibility for the decisions I made and for the actions I took."

I say sell all of his assets, strip his ass naked, drain his accounts and give everything to the shareholders. Fuck this guy. He doesn't have a clue what he has done.

Lehman's Fuld: Where was our bailout? WHAH?? Gues what...you are not FDIC insured. Neither was Bear Stearns who we should have never bailed out either.

They should take the warning labels off of everything and let stupidity sort itself out.

Ah. The American dream. Run your company into the ground, loot it, and then live your life as a hero in the minds of CEOs everywhere. He is probably going fishing with the guy from Home Depot.

It's obvious the bailout is failing. All it's doing now is giving money to the people who don't deserve it.
