A vision for Protecting Whales

Anyone seen this?

Absolut (yes the vodka people) are running a global campaign that's ‘challenging the status quo' by presenting thought provoking visions of life in “An Absolut World”.

They showcase five 'visions', and whichever is voted for the most, they will make come true mid-2008.

Don't know about you guys but it took me about 30 seconds and I knew which vision was most important to me: To protect and nurture whales, even if it means protecting them from ourselves.

As of yesterday, this vision was the LEAST voted for so far.

If anyone wants to chip in their vote, let's support these majestic creatures http://www.inanabsolutworld.com.au/.

Thanks guys....
Sammy G....

PS: You can also vote to Save the Great Barrier Reef!

They should take the whalers and shove harpoons up their butts and launch them into the shark infested waters of South Africa. I can see some irony in that.....

They should take the warning labels off of everything and let stupidity sort itself out.

Right now it's 3rd. I actually voted for the great barrier reef. While I think it's important to save the whales. If we mess up and lose things like the Great Barrier Reef, we drastically change the ecosystems of the Ocean. We kill off tons of creatures that depend on the reef, and would end up effecting the whales in the grand scheme of things anyway.

The reef is currently the most picked option, and that may have something to do with it being centered in Australia.

Gotta say they're ambitious. What do you guys think of the global cooling option? lol
