Al Gore supports eco-terrorism
| Quote From Source: | NEW YORK (Reuters) - Nobel Peace Prize winner and environmental crusader Al Gore urged young people on Wednesday to engage in civil disobedience to stop the construction of coal plants without the ability to store carbon.
The former U.S. vice president, whose climate change documentary "An Inconvenient Truth" won an Academy Award, told a philanthropic meeting in New York City that "the world has lost ground to the climate crisis."
"If you're a young person looking at the future of this planet and looking at what is being done right now, and not done, I believe we have reached the stage where it is time for civil disobedience to prevent the construction of new coal plants that do not have carbon capture and sequestration," Gore told the Clinton Global Initiative gathering to loud applause.

IMO, we have a nobel peace price winner and super cereal ex-vice president who should probably be in jail for fraud and enticing ecoterrorsim. |

What you're thinking, and what Al Gore are thinking are two different things. |

The article does not exactly say he supports eco-terrorism, but do you really think he'd mind if some loonies blew up a coal plant? |

I personally have suspicions Mr. Gore is after $$$ from the carbon trading business. It makes too much sense. I hope that's not the case, but his whole agenda seems fishy. |

i'm sure his address is out there somewhere. Then googleearth it. Then fly to the nearest airport (or just drive if close enough. Us west coasters would have to fly, which would be more eco-friendly than using a car...right?). Then rent a car. Then drive to his house. Light a few matches...and walk away like you wasn't there.
any takers?

Al Gore flunks science for a reason.
He fails to realize that the planet can use or store CO2 quite well. |

I don't think he believes his lies at all.
Read this, it's a little old, but good reading
Media Ignore Al Gore's Financial Ties to Global Warming
Source URL: http://newsbusters.org/node/11149
| Quote From Source: | Gore is chairman of the firm and, presumably, draws an income or will make money as its investments prosper. In other words, he "buys" his "carbon offsets" from himself, through a transaction designed to boost his own investments and return a profit to himself. To be blunt, Gore doesn't buy "carbon offsets" through Generation Investment Management - he buys stocks.

Al Gore is most likely pushing it for financial purposes. |

Not only does he have stock in carbon trading, he's buying carbon offsets from himself. He's a hypocrite and a fraud. |

I also believe there is political gain, in the form of controlling oil resources, and the Dem's are using it as propaganda.
I haven't read this yet, but it's linked on ICECAP
