Oil jumps above $142

Quote From Source:
Oil leapt to a new record high above $142 a barrel on Friday, extending gains after surging nearly 4 percent in the previous session, as tumbling global stock markets helped to trigger a wider commodities rally.

A 40 percent surge in oil prices this year has prompted U.S. politicians to take steps to try to curb speculation in the oil market, that some blame for pushing up prices.

The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday approved legislation which directs the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the futures market regulator, to use all its authority including emergency powers to "curb immediately" the role of excessive speculation in energy futures markets.

Cursing is bad and it turns away a lot of people, but there really is no other way to express how truly "fucked" we are at this point.

As a nation we are hurting bad. Greed has taken the middle class and destroyed them.

Here is what I see for myself..

I will never buy a new vehicle again. Why the hell should I? I spent 34k on a truck that now has 39k miles on it and is only worth maybe 8k.

Almost a 30k loss in 5 years for a truck that has 4 wheel drive and less than 40k miles on it. That is BS. I was robbed. I have had it parked for three years because I have been driving a more fuel efficient vehicle that gets 32 mpg and its still worthless. I can't even trade it in on a new truck yet they want me to buy one like it for another 30k?? FUCK THAT. They can all lose their jobs and piss off and go under.

Second ,my house has lost 50k in a state where housing values were NEVER inflated. They can kiss my ass too.

Third, my insurance costs have quadrupled and I have yet been able to use it because the damn deductable is so frigging high.

Fourth; the cost of my food and gas has risen to the point that those inflated prices are killing me.

Fifth, by the sounds of it...my Social security I have been paying into since I was 16 will not be there. I am 40 now...so 24 years of paying into a system will net me zero??

6th, My 401k is only making 4% because some stupid assholes got greedy and decided to fuck the whole planet over with bad credit and bad loans for years and years. I'm doing better than most that have lost 50% of their gains.

Everything I have slaved and worked for is a losing proposition at this point. I have gained nothing by working my ass off. Where is the incentive to keep trying??? Why?? I should just change my nationality so everything I get is free and subsidized. Let the uberment take care of me....I mean why am I paying $120.00 for a box of "mucus recovery system" (That would be kleenex) at a hospital?? Because the 800 assholes before me didn't pay their bills or speak english so I have pay for all of us???

Screw that, throw every one of those english speaking fuck heads out of this country that does not pay taxes or social security. It they drain the system without putting back into it they are a burden and not welcome anymore.

Throw every asshole that helped with the credit crisis/housing mess into jail. Take those that profited off of the poor and trusting for personal gain not caring how it would effect those they were stealing from, and jerk them out of their porsche's and out of their million dollar homes. Line those fuckers up and shoot them.

God I'm pissed today. They need to LET every bank fail and wipe the slate clean for everybody.

And what the hell is wrong with women lately? Robbing banks, shooting sprees, and raping our kids?? Now we have three in a row in one day???

Christ, you can't trust anybody these days anymore. They will either steal you blind or take advantage of you or your kids.

They should take the warning labels off of everything and let stupidity sort itself out.
