Make your own smoker

http://tinker.pbwiki.com/TerraCottaSmoker - this is probably better, I want to make one of these. I saw this on Good Eats, it looked cool. Ceramic smokers cost $500+.
Might be useful to smoke jerky if you want to store some meat, get a vacuum sealer and you can have it last quite a while. |
