| The battle against greenhouse gasses and global warming is finding new allies in the boardrooms of America's largest companies.
More than 650 corporations -- including Starbucks, DuPont and the US Air Force -- purchase 7.2 billion kilowatt-hours of renewable energy annually, an increase of nearly 240 percent since the end of 2004, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). |
