| The first closed-loop system for distilling commercial quantities of ethanol using methane gas recaptured from cow manure is set to begin production next month in Mead, Nebraska. The plant's technology will virtually eliminate the need for fossil fuels in the production of ethanol. |

| "Green Fuel to Green Finance" is the topic of the pre-conference seminar to be held December 11 in conjunction with the Intertech-Pira Ethanol Summit 2006. This pre-conference seminar will examine what it takes to structure a successful ethanol project and to achieve financial closure.
The following topics will be covered:
Feedstock supply and ethanol/ by-product off-take contracts
Minimized energy consumption per ethanol gallon; use of byproducts
Financial, environmental, renewable credits; effect on project economics; equity
Project structuring, credit representation in pro forma for financial closure
David South, Vice President, Clean Energy Strategies at Pace Global Energy Services LLC will be the instructor for this three hour seminar.
