| ALBANY, N.Y. -- Two Disaster Assistance Service Centers (DASC) and both State and federal Disaster Helplines will be open on Monday, October 9, Columbus Day, to assist New Yorkers who were affected by the June floods, and who have registered for disaster assistance if they need further information. |
