enXco Inc. (an EDF EN Company) announces another important milestone in its ambitious wind-park development for 2007 and 2008 with the purchase of an additional 276 MW of 1.5 MW turbines from GE Wind. 75 MW of turbines are to be delivered in 2007 and will be assigned to enXco's project expansion in the Midwest. 201 MW of turbines are scheduled for delivery in 2008, and are also planned for use at enXco's Midwest projects.

The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF), a ratepayer fund administered by Connecticut Innovations Inc. (CI), today participated in a dedication event at Pine Point School of Stonington, Connecticut, to celebrate the installation of a 72.6-kilowattSTC solar photovoltaic (PV) system on the rooftop of this independent day school serving students from pre-school through grade 9. The installation of the 330-panel solar PV system was made possible through a grant of $285,000 from CCEF's On-Site Renewable Distributed Generation Program. The grant covered approximately 62% of the cost of the solar PV installation. The balance of the system cost is being financed by solar developer and installer SolarWrights Inc.

Unfortunately, he did not explain that Europe already practices the system he proposes, which has made countries like Denmark, Spain and Germany leaders in wind power.
