Two low pressure systems will assault the East Monday, providing rain and thunderstorms from the Great Lakes through the Northeast.  A Pacific system will approach the West Coast, bringing some needed rain showers to the Northwest.AP - The remains of Tropical Storm Barry were bringing strong wind and rain to the Northeast on Monday, while wet weather and cooler temperatures were expected on the West Coast.
