DES MOINES, Iowa -- All Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) will be closed on July 4. Meanwhile centers were opened at six new sites statewide Monday in these counties: Adams, Cedar, Delaware, Hardin, Wapello and Winneshiek. That brings the total open to 23.
