Britain to urge India to step up its efforts against global warming

| Associated Press: Britain's Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett said Wednesday that she will use her visit to India to urge its government to tackle climate change. Beckett will meet with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi and also stress the importance of economic links between India and its former colonial master during her six-day trip.
