| Australian Broadcasting Corporation: KERRY O'BRIEN: The report by former World Bank chief economist Sir Nicholas Stern on the likely impact of climate change appears to have set a new benchmark in the debate of the world's environment. While declaring it would not be spooked by the Stern Report, the Federal Government have engaged in a flurry of announcements on initiatives on how to curb carbon emissions.
