United Kingdom: Report calls for road pricing to ease congestion

| Guardian: Road pricing schemes could reduce congestion on Britain's roads by 50%, a Treasury-backed report said today. Speaking at the launch of the report, Sir Rod Eddington said charging drivers could reduce carbon emissions and save the economy up to £28bn in time wasted by delays by 2025.
