United Kingdom: Road pricing could halve traffic

| Press Association: Road pricing could cut congestion by half and raise £28 billion a year by 2025, according to a Treasury-commissioned report. A study by former British Airways chief executive Sir Rod Eddington said road pricing should be tested with pilot schemes - something the Government is organising in the next few years.
