| DENTON, TEXAS -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has notified the City of Malvern, Ark., that it will be placed on probation from the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) unless measures are taken to correct identified floodplain management violations and program deficiencies. If the required measures are not taken, probation will begin March 6, 2007. |
