Strong quake hits northeast Indonesia

| A strong 6.1-magnitude quake struck off northeast Indonesia Tuesday cutting off power supplies in a nearby town. A second quake struck in the same region six minutes later, the USGS said, measuring 5.6 at a depth of 10 kilometres. |
